The Client

Back in 2007 the Wrappz founder members had one simple idea – to make the personalisation of gadgetry commonplace. At that time smartphones were in their infancy and the iPod was still very much the device of choice, so the game plan was to develop and provide a simple process for anyone to create a unique design for their beloved tech. After many months of planning and development our first online application was launched, enabling our customers to create a unique design for their device via a simple, easy to use interface.

The Problem

Their social channels were not driving any measurable reslults as a result, a very small percentage of their social activities translated in to sales. Although they had a lot of likes, engagement rates were low, an not enough of their followers were clicking through to their online store and making purchases. Engagement was especially low around the Holiday Season. The campaign targeted the South African market exclusively, and ran for a week before Christmas.

What we did

We ran a very targeted campaign on Facebook,  aimed exclusively to the South African market, two weeks before Christmas, to allow one week for shipping from the .UK. Content was created specifically for the local market (targeting very specific interests). Our team also created a dedicated, mobile friendly landing page with a clear call to action making the ordering process a lot easier and friendlier on mobile devices.
