The Baruk Group approached us with a problem – they were an innovative Property Development company but it wasn’t being reflected in their branding & messaging. With a progressive company culture and different approach to development they needed a look & feel to match this. They had an inconsistent brand look & feel which led to them not being recognized. They had always drawn their inspiration from brands like Virgin Enterprises & Apple and wanted to aspire towards being known as a Brand that is a leader and trendsetter in their field.
We took a Strategic approach towards the look & feel of the brand to create a one that would stand out and be instantly recognized. Taking innovation, property & the Brand ideals we focused on creating a Brand that would be future-proof beyond current relevance. They wanted to move into the digital space and so we had integrated this into our strategy which translated into a logo that would later form part of online functionalities. By interrogating the past and analyzing future scenarios we established that digital is going to grow; without a doubt, but also that Baruk’s property had the feature of being stuck in one location – and so the insight of using the location pin was born – the perfect integration between physical & digital.
